Your body never learned that the threat you experienced before you got sick is no longer happening, so it's adapted in a way that feels it's keeping you safe.

Maybe you grew up in a home where emotions weren't talked about - maybe not even out of maliciousness, but because certain feelings were shut down. Your body learned to suppress emotion and perform okayness in front of others.

Maybe you were the high achiever who got praised for being at the top of your class or for taking care of everyone around you. Your body learned that rest is shameful, and you find the idea of naps lazy, and relaxing makes you anxious.

Maybe you were in a relationship where your intuition was consistently questioned, your no was not respected and listened to, your needs labeled unreasonable and too much - and your body started second guessing what you were 'supposed to do' based on what other people needed, rather than what you needed.

Or maybe nothing overtly 'bad' happened at all. And that is it's own kind of confusion because you still experience chronic symtpoms with no answers and you don't even have a story to point to - we can still work with this

What all of these experiences have in common is this: your nervous system learned that certain authentic expressions of who you are came were not acceptable. And to protect you from paying that cost over and over, it built a system of suppression and coping.

Over time that suppression stops being a choice and becomes a body pattern. Held breath. Contracted chest. A voice that disappears under pressure. A gut that won't settle. A missing period. A body that tells the immune system and hormones to stay alert.

That is not dysfunction - it's your nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do.

    Each Monday we meet live for 60 minutes of teaching and somatic practice. Every session builds on the last — moving through the three phases of de-shaming in a sequence that is clinically designed to create real and lasting change rather than temporary relief. Sessions are recorded so you never miss a moment.

    6 live Wednesday coaching and Q&A calls 
    Every Wednesday we meet live for open coaching and integration support. These calls exist because healing does not happen in a vacuum — questions come up, things surface between sessions, and you deserve real time support from someone who understands what your body is moving through. This is the high touch container your nervous system actually needs.

     

    Private Telegram community 
    Between sessions you are held in a private group of women moving through this work alongside you. This is not just a chat group — it is co-regulation made accessible. Healing shame requires relationship, and the Telegram community is where that relationship continues between calls.

     

    Somatic homeplay between every session 
    Each week you receive a simple between session practice — never overwhelming, always accessible, designed specifically to integrate what was opened on Monday before we go deeper on Wednesday. These practices are where the real reshaping happens — in the small daily moments of choosing curiosity over urgency, expression over suppression, dignity over shame.

    A declaration and centering practice you keep forever 
    In our final week you will write your personal declaration. This becomes your returning point when shame starts running the show again, a somatic anchor that belongs to you long after the program ends.

    Recordings of every session 
    All twelve sessions are recorded and available to you. Whether you miss a call or want to return to a practice that moved something important, everything is yours to access throughout the program and you will maintain access for life.

Week 1

We look at how chronic shame drives inflammation, disrupts hormones, shuts down digestion and keeps the body in a state of low-grade threat. You'll begin mapping your own shame story with curiosity. In our somatic practice session we introduce three grounding anchors that will become your foundation for everything that follows.

Week 2

We deepen the grounding practices, meet what has come up, and open the space for our first live coaching and Q&A session. You'll have the opportunity to be witnessed in a group of compassionate, open people.  

Week 3

Here we go into the female nervous system, the menstrual cycle and how it impacts capacity, and where your energy has been leaking. The somatic session introduces the embodied yes and no practice - how to start saying yes to what you want and no to what you don't want.

Week 4

This is where we uninvert shame by  gently completing  the unexpressed boundaries, the anger that never got to move, the sadness you never got to feel. The nervous system finally gets to finish what it started in a safe environment.

Week 5

We go into parts work and somatic reparenting. Meeting the parts of you that have been carrying shame - the perfectionist, the people pleaser, the one who never feels good enough - and speaking to them in ways they were never spoken to before. This is where the deepest softening happens. 

Week 6

The closing ceremony! Get to know your new, unbound, dignified shape! Understand how to recognize shame when it returns and what to do when it does. This is all about lifestyle integration and we will have a final live coaching session to close the container.

I'm Sydona

My journey started after getting all four wisdom teeth out and, despite good hygeine, had four infections that all needed antibiotic treatment. 

I didn't know it at the time, but my immune system was whiped from sexual trauma, bullying, and extreme dieting. The wisdom teeth might have seemed like the trigger, but actually what happened next was something that was building in my body for years. 

I experienced panic attacks, I lost my period for over 2 years, I had hair coming out in clumps, recurring UTIs, eczema, diarrhea and urgency that woke me up in the morning. I felt like my body was falling apart.

I spent thousands on coaching, testing, and supplement protocols all in the pursuit of getting my life back all to find minimal to no improvement. 

Until I found this work. 

I realized that my beliefs about myself and my nervous system learning to be stuck in high alert was keeping me sick, and no supplement or protocol could help me until my body learned safety. 

I built Dignified because even outside of myself, I kept seeing the same pattern in every woman I worked with in my Nutritional Therapy and Somatic Coaching practice. Their bodies had been suppressing emotion and scanning for threat for years, and the moment that they meet that burden with genuine compassion and safety — the body begins to release it.
