Join us for on November 19th to be guided through sensual movement and booty shaking
What it is: 90 minutes of sensual yoga and learning how to move your hips AKA basic twerk patterns to a playlist that will bring out your wild side.
The date: November 19th from 6 - 7:30pm Eastern Time.
What to wear: Clothes that make you feel free and sexy. We love booty shorts!
Where we are meeting: Zoom! Join us from home and just make sure you have room to move freely.
What you'll leave with: Moves you can practice at home to release pent up energy from your hips, to get your heart rate pumping, and to feel more in tune with your body.
